I have used Temple End vets for at least 50 years, latterly the Flackwell Heath branch. At both the Wycombe and Flackwell sites, the service has been fantastic. All the staff, whether in person or on the phone, are kind, friendly and understanding. I would not take any of my pets anywhere else.

I have visited and used this vet surgery a handful of times and just wanted to say it was absolutely brilliant. Although I'm not sure of her name, the reception lady always has exceptional customer service and nothing is too much, the vet on all occasions carried in my pets carriers with me and helped me to do everything. Felt the charges always very reasonable and never felt I had to purchase anything unnecessary. All vets have been marvellous. Thank you!

Temple end vets are friendly, and caring and I felt my Stanley was in safe hands, he is a very nervous little dog but all the vets I have seen over the years have been lovely, I would recommend Temple end vets to everyone and I still do recommend them if anyone asks me regarding a vets.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. They take care of the owners just as much as they do the pets! I have been registered with the surgery for 17+ years and they have been supportive through the ups and downs and even sent a condolence card when my last cat sadly passed away. Can not fault any of the branches or staff.
