This vets changed my perception on all vets. They are caring and reasonable, they are not out to get your money but instead to support your animal and you truly through some of the worst things. My Mabel had a routine spay, the vets, nurses and receptionists were kind and understanding, always willing to answer questions, it was quick and simple and they gave brilliant advice. They helped us through aftercare and offered appointments and support when Mabel looked to not be healing brilliantly (she was healing fine, I’m just an anxious Annie!!). Everytime we go in they are efficient and caring, they are worth every single penny and are incredibly reasonable with their prices too! I would trust no other than them to care for my dog.
Read on Google →I had the worst experience with my rabbit ! I don't recommend this vet ! She was booked for surgery for neutering, mentioned its a female and its a dwarf rabbit. They never checked her health prior to the surgery, also they asked me to pay almost 100£ extra because its a female and not a boy, even though I showed them the proof of register her as a female rabbit. On the surgery day, they shaved her belly , OK this is normal, but its not normal to cut her nappies off and shave her ears. Also its missing a piece of her ear , since they clipped her ear. They gave me critical care for only 12 hours and 3 days medicine only. She was eating for 2 days , I had to syringe feed her every 2 - 3 hours, the critical care wasn't enough for her , so I had to make some at home. After 2 days they checked her up and I asked for extra pain medicine , they did gave for extra 2 days . But overall its a horrible experience!
Read on Google →I have not had an issue with individual staff, they have all been friendly and given useful (but inconsistent) advice. However the way the practice conducts it's fees is unethical. I was made to pay excessively for scripts which was totally unnecessary. They quote vetenary GUIDELINES in their defense, and at no point acknowledged they are purposely skewing the guidelines to their benefit in order to rinse the customers of their money. As I said- unethical. There also seems to be incredibly poor communication between the requests put through regarding prescriptions, the vetenary team, and the admin staff. It took me a month to get a simple request through due to the amount of confusion within the practice, including phone calls from admin staff giving me misinformation and requests for money which were not correct. All this even though my initial request was concise and in writing. I'm currently actively looking for an alternative vetenary practice with better customer service and more ethical standards surrounding cost and billing.

Read on Google →If you have a flat face breed dog DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. Brought my 10yo pup in because hes started breathing badly which is not like him (part chihuahua, breathes fine). Was told "thats what they do". They think I'd bring my dog in for something that he notmally does?! What an absolute pizz take. She was more interested in my neck tattoo and fussing him than actually looking into what i was telling her. She couldn't even read his notes properly, she thought he'd put 3kg on in 10 months instead of 10 years. Booked in for dental work (which is a 3 month wait) and actually thinking about going elsewhere after this and reading the reviews. I'm so stressed about the lack of help they shown whilst listening to him struggle to breathe (I'm 99% sure he's got an infection) i cant sleep. Do better v4p
