Just signed up to this vets as the reviews were good. Waiting room was clean and tidy and receptionist made me feel welcome. I Booked in right away on their website and was no waiting time. Vet was understanding with my anxious dog and I have booked again for a full dental next month.

Our cat had his annual vaccinations on 31 December 2025 and the receptionist was really lovely. The vet was excellent and treated our cat with care. We've been with Elm Cottage for many years now and have always found them to be excellent.

Always friendly and get us an appointment shortly notice when needed. Recently my dog went lame on one leg and he had a scan and check up. I felt safe in the knowledge he was in kind hands. They are also very understanding when the naughty boy had an accident in the waiting area.
