  A huge thank you to the wonderful team who came to our rescue when our five-month-old Cockapoo had a tick lodged in a particularly awkward spot close to her eye. As visitors to the area, we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were seen within five minutes of walking through the door. To top it off, they didn’t charge us a penny — a genuinely kind gesture that we really weren’t expecting. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  The team at vets4pets have been absolutely incredible in the care of our dog following a nasty attack. They saved her life with quick clinical decisions. Amanda used her expertise in wound care to prevent our dog becoming septic and has been phenomenal. Sara has also been brilliant along with all the team including admin team who have made our care experience second to none, in very difficult circumstances. We can’t thank them enough for saving and treating our precious girl. Thank you 🤩

  We took our whippet who was bleeding from her gums and not eating well to see Jo. We considered gingivitis so had a quote for dental work. After careful consideration, Jo suggested against it as our dog has a severe heart murmur and her teeth weren't too bad. The operation was too risky. Therefore, antibiotics was prescribed and now she's doing great. Thanks Jo.

  We chose Roborough after being disappointed in another branch. Sara at Roborough listened attentively and advised when we took Oliver up this morning. She took the time to explain the pros & cons of different medication, and what she found worked well in her experience. Sara gave us the confidence to book our 7 month old kitten in to be spayed. Sara is a credit to the practice and we hope to see her for any future visits.

  The team have been amazing and supportive with our new litter. Unfortunately we lost a puppy but Sam the nurse was amazing in explaining everything to us, giving clear guidance without getting our hopes up whilst being encouraging.
