Sarah and Dom are brilliant. We even arrived a day late (our fault got the wrong day) and Sarah got Dom to still see our tortoise Freddie on the spot. She even gave Freddie a fuss. Really pleased with everything said and done. Can't smile wide enough!! Freddie has a different opinion though!!

Staffordshire vets is a family run vets that has your pets welfare at its heart. We recently took in our tortoise and as this is vets also has exotic specialists the care was second to none. From the first moment we stepped in we could see that they put alot of their love for all animals into this vets. They have a beautiful way of showing if quiets is required due to pet loss occurring which is not something considered in most main stream vets but is so compassionate for those going through a difficult time. Their care with our tortoise was brilliant from the questions they asked to their answers to our questions it was all excellent. It was so good we will be moving our dog from her vets to this one. All the staff and owners are just excellent at what they do. 5 stars isn't enough if I'm honest. They also have a rescue side which we had the pleasure to see and this just completely confirmed they were the right vets for us.

I can’t thank the whole team at Staffordshire Vets enough after my pride and joy Frenchie needed an emergency c section this afternoon, after a scan showed her puppies had dangerously slow heartbeats. The team dropped everything immediately, which I know really messed up the rest of their diaries (sorry!!!) and I truly believe that without their quick intervention, the outcome would have been very different for mum and babas. From start to finish they were calm, efficient, and endlessly reassuring (which was no small task as my anxiety was through the roof!) Thanks to their amazing care, I’ve come home this evening with 5 healthy puppies and one sore but stable, content mummy. A few of the pups had been massively under stress during labour, but the team worked tirelessly to resuscitate, nurse, and get them all fighting fit, you’re all heroes🥹🩷 Sarah and Andy are fountains of knowledge and so so supportive, they’ve armed me with advice, tips, and reassurance for the next few weeks of what can only be described as a very noisy, slightly chaotic new chapter in my house! I genuinely couldn’t have done this without them, and neither could my girl. You saved all of them… and possibly my sanity too. Pups and mum are doing brilliantly at home, and I’m beyond grateful for the patience, compassion, and care shown to both them and me. Thank you all, from one very relieved (and rather exhausted) dog mum 🐾❤️

First time using this vets I was made to feel very comfortable. They welcomed my dog my calling his name which made him feel much happier with him been unsure about strangers around him. He had a full checkup and booster which they didn't rush at any time. What a great experience for both me and Bailey today.
