I've been with these vets for a while and I think they are fantastic. They saved my dogs life! But even before this event I have never had trouble getting an appointment and they've answered the phone every time I've had to call. My Buffy was so poorly I rung in the night and Keele told me to get there as soon as I could. I walked in and was seen straight away. After assessment the vet thought she should stay in and get some treatment and tests completed. Over the next few days I was kept informed. I never felt like a nuisance when I called. They were extremely kind and rang me at 8.30pm every night to give me the last update if the day so I would be able to sleep/rest that night. Gemma ( night nurse ) Charlotte & the vet Luke were incredible. Very informative and kind and didn't keep me waiting for all the results. ( When each blood/scan result was ready they would ring straight away. ) They put my mind at rest and I know my dog was extremely well looked after. I will forever be grateful to them. So in short, reading the reviews I can only put my side forward which is I ABSOLUTELY recommend this vets.. .. Thank again 🐾💗
Read on Google →The appointment and office side is abysmal. The vet interactions are good. The facilities and subscription peace of mind is spectacular. Bottom line, getting appointments and office side has wasted hours of my life but the subscription and care is worth it.
Read on Google →We were disappointed with Garden Vets for several reasons. They do not supply vaccination proof after yearly vaccinations. Just an email. Our cat was always seen by a student who then fetched a vet. Difficult to get through on the phone. Invariably emails were ignored. The last time my cat was seen we were told he was overweight ... he was not weighed just a throw away comment. We are not impressed by so called state of the arts building attached to animal hospital. We simply need a practice who meets our cat's needs. Some members of staff rude and very challenging. I would not recommend these vets. Read their contract.
Read on Google →I’ve been using this vet for quite a while now and always had a good experience, but things have seriously gone downhill. First issue: they never answer phone calls, and if you request a callback, good luck! it never happens. It’s near impossible to get through to someone when you need help. Second issue: The last time I brought my dog in because he was limping due to injury while playing. He’s been here many times, and the staff always said how calm and well-behaved he is. But this time, one staff member refused to even examine him, claiming he was “too anxious” and might bite which he’s never done or even shown any signs of. They insisted on a muzzle which its fine if that makes you feel safe then put it on but then when trying put it on vet was like it doesnt fit which it actually did fit, then just sent us home with a sedative and was told to give him next time he comes crazy 2 different type of sedative!!!, without even checking him. It felt like no effort was made. Really disappointed — I used to recommend this place, but after this, I’m seriously reconsidering. Im only giving 2 star cause usually the staff is nice and they did save my dog life before but now the service its quite appalling
