I've been taking my dog there for over 9, yrs and they cared and looked after him throughout his life until I had to put him down this week. I have nothing but praise for all the staff there that helped Tyson throughout his life . Thankyou for everything

I am thankful to the staff at RSPCA Cambridge for their help during my visits. However, the telephone system is extremely difficult to use. For the past four months, I have been trying to book an appointment, but the line is either constantly busy or cuts me off. On several occasions, I have spent hours waiting. Today, when I selected the option for general enquiries to ask for assistance in resolving this issue, I was not helped, and the lady I spoke with was unfortunately quite rude. This is not the first time I have experienced such poor service over the phone, which is very discouraging. I fully understand that the RSPCA operates under pressure and offers lower-cost services, but cheaper should not mean rude.

Absolutely brilliant service, from compassionate receptionist, to the outstanding nurse and vet. My cat was treated with such kindness and so was I. Very understanding and they helped us remarkably well. I give thanks to this service and appreciate the hard work they do.
