  Fantastic. Lovely people. I took my cat in as he was clearly unwell. Neha immediately identified that he had pneumonia as a result of underlying asthma, rushed him into urgent care. She was phenomenal in her ability to explain the problem, what they would do next and brilliant when I started crying when she warned me that he might not pull through. Thankfully he did and he’s fully recovered. Cannot thank Neha and the rest of the team enough.

  Hi thanks, we spoke to Claire about our budgie, she was ever so nice and gave us excellent advice. We are so pleased we came and after talking to Claire we are relieved to know that Boo is OK and we just need to alter his diet
