Excellent local independent vets practice since adopting my senior dog he’s had two surgeries with them. Most recently to remove an aggressively growing tumour on his paw. Over the last 5 weeks they have been amazing from getting him into surgery so quickly, to excellent updates on the day, and then lots of bandage changes and post-op checks (not to make money as lots were included in the operation cost or free). Every member of staff we’ve seen has shown amazing kindness and care and all are very knowledgable. If you live in Cambridge I would highly recommend you go to Clarendon Street Vets if you need a vet.

We took our puppy in for his vaccination and we were extremely happy with the warm welcome and professionalism we received. The lady at reception was very kind and welcoming when we arrived, and the vet, Maria, was excellent. Our puppy felt at ease straight away, and there were no problems during the visit or with the injections. We were given lots of helpful advice, and Maria was very professional and happy to answer all our questions and concerns. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend this practice, and we will certainly bring our puppy there again. One thing that matters a lot to me is that I’m not a fan of large vet chains, and they are an independent vet, which is definitely a big plus in my opinion.

We are so grateful for the amazing care our little dog received at this veterinary surgery. Harriet, along with all the other staff; receptionists and nurses, are absolutely wonderful. Our dog yesterday had a minor procedure under sedation, and the whole team was excellent from start to finish. They explained everything clearly in advance, provided a detailed quote, and took the time to walk us through what would happen on the day. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel completely confident and relaxed leaving him in their care for a few hours. They looked after him so well, and it truly shows, he absolutely loves every single one of them! It’s clear how caring and dedicated they are. They also helped us navigate and sort out our insurance claim, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. The level of care, service, combined with their affordability, is outstanding. Thank you so much to Harriet and the whole team. We’re really happy with the care our dog received (and has been receiving) and would highly recommend this surgery to anyone. Thank you!

We have used Clarendon street vets for over 20 yrs now and cannot rate Patrick , Harriet,Maria highly enough to get always show kindness and passion in there job. They took an amazing job with our elderly cat of 19 yrs in the summer. You know the information you are given for treatment is genuine not like the group owned vet's that just seen you as money and don't think about what your pet needs. We recently rescued a stray cat that had been living on the streets for over 2 years and they have given us good advice on how to get out other pet's to accept him. They also have a new surgery called Church street vets which is very spacious and modern. We always recommend this vet's and I hope you will try them too
