I couldn’t recommend RBB enough, all the staff are incredibly friendly and it’s clear to see they have a genuine passion for what they do. They never make you feel rushed when attending appointments. They take the time to give you the information needed and answer any questions. My dog recently went in for minor surgery and i even got a little photo of her to take home which I thought was a lovely touch. I have visited 3/4 branches and all are brilliant.

I recently brought whiskey in to see the vet ,he was over 18years old.ofcourse we tried to prepared ourselves for the loss of a much loved pet. But you can not prepare, it was necessary for whiskey to not have any more seizures, not knowing if he was in pain. End of life care was quick a d dealt with such empathy, even taking time to listen to stories about my beloved beautiful little boy. I felt like he, was not just another dog passing away, he was very special. Thanks So much,it means alot. Kevin and Jacqueline x

Despite the sad circumstances of bringing my cat to this veterinary clinic as an emergency, I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the staff. Although my cat was ultimately too ill to recover and had to be put down, the staff were incredibly compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and provided comfort during a difficult time. I am grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care.

Following Covid measures means having to hand your dog over and wait outside. Luckily Muppet is fond of the staff at R,B&B so no problems. I had a phone call for an in-depth discussion with the vet which ended with a satisfactory treatment plan.
