Elizabeth, the nurse who carried out Maisie’s free winter health check was amazing. So caring and friendly, with good advice to maintain my cat’s good health. Worth the car journey for peace of mind that Maisie is doing well. Reception staff very friendly too. Thank you.

I have been bringing my cat to Richmond House Vets for many years now. They are an incredible team of people who are very talented and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any issues with them. Special thanks to Elizabeth who did my cat’s wellness screening. It was quick and she made my cat feel very comfortable. She was fantastic and very kind too. I would definitely recommend if you want your pet to be in good hands!!

My family have been at this practice for nearly 50 years we have never had any issues.I can not praise the staff enough for their swift diagnosis on my dog after been spayed. They saved her life as she had got an allergic reaction to inner stitches.my dog was emergency admitted to have her scar re done as her bowel was hardening .she's now 4 and made a full recovery. They are the best ,kept intouch and very reassuring.

This vet used to be one of the best. I had been with them for 14 years and my parents had always used them too for over 40 years. However we have both now decided to switch to another vet. The prices have increased significantly and the last two occasions I have had an appointment there have been issued such as cancellations as no vet! Who has a vet practice with no vet? Or saying they were booked in another day when they weren't. Overall just feels like they have declined and not the vets they used to be.
