  I can’t recommend the practice enough. The Low waters team genuinely care about your pet. They looked after our previous dog for many years, always treating both her and us with kindness and compassion. We now have our new puppy registered with them too, and we know she’s in good hands.

  Unfortunately, my experience with this practice was disappointing. Following my dog’s neutering operation, I was concerned about his recovery. Less than 24 hours after the procedure, I sent the practice photos of the surgical site. They asked me to bring him back asap for an assessment because they had concerns based on what they had seen. However, I was then charged several hundred pounds for the follow-up appointment that they had requested. Once my dog had fully recovered, I decided to register with another veterinary practice. The practice also acknowledged that I had previously been given incorrect pricing for blood tests but did not offer any refund. Despite raising my concerns about both the treatment and the charges, I felt the focus was on payment rather than resolving the issues. I had originally intended to move on without leaving a review. However, after receiving a further unexpected bill following my move to another vet, relating to a pet plan I had been paying for for over a year, I felt it was only fair to share my experience. I would also recommend that anyone considering the pet plan reads the terms and conditions carefully, particularly if there is any possibility of leaving the practice in the future. Make sure you fully understand any ongoing charges, renewal terms, and notice requirements, as I did not receive any reminder that the plan would automatically renew for another year, unlike many annual policies. This was my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

  I had a great experience at the clinic with my dog, Scooby. The staff were kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the vet took the time to explain everything clearly. They handled Scooby gently and made him feel comfortable during the examination. The clinic was clean and organized, and we didn’t have to wait long. I really appreciated the conversation about Scooby's health. I would definitely recommend this clinic to other pet owners.

  Changed to low waters vet 2 years ago as my dog gets travel sick and this vet is local. I was a bit skeptical at first as there is some not so good reviews, but I have had no issues at all. I don't have any problems getting appointments. Lexi is always well looked after. I find all the staff very friendly and always willing to help with whatever queries you may have. Some of the medications are a bit expensive but most vets are the same. I just shop around and if I can get the same product cheaper, I just buy the prescription which the vet is quite happy with. Really happy with the services my lexi has received so far. I have a very anxious rescue dog and I feel like the staff do their best to keep lexi at ease. Would highly recommend this vet practice

  Low waters only seen us a couple times at the very end of our dogs life. Every member of staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and caring at the end of our boys life. Highly recommend and wish we’d moved our boy sooner than we did to them. Thanks everyone x
