  We had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved dog, Sandy, to sleep. We chose Kintra Vets because they offer home visits, as we knew taking Sandy to the practice would only have caused him unnecessary stress. It was an incredibly difficult time for our whole family, especially our children, who were understandably very upset. From the moment Eilidh arrived, she was exceptional. She was kind, calm, compassionate, and showed such genuine empathy for both Sandy and our family. She never rushed us, took everything at our pace, and gently explained each step of the process, helping to put us at ease during one of the hardest moments we've ever faced. Although saying goodbye was heartbreaking, Sandy passed away peacefully in the comfort of his favourite place, surrounded by the people who loved him most. That means more to us than words can express. Sandy was a deeply loved member of our family, and we will always be grateful to Kintra Vets for helping make our final moments with him so peaceful and dignified. Those are moments we will treasure forever. Thank you, Eilidh, for your kindness, professionalism, and compassion. You made an unbearable day just a little easier, and we will never forget it.

  The most wonderful vets. They will never try to push you into anything, everything is done and suggested with both the animals and their humans in mind. All of the staff are genuinely kind, caring and compassionate. I have experience of many vets and have never felt in better hands than I do at Kintra.

  KintraVet have cared for our last three dogs, and throughout the years they have always treated both our pets and our family with genuine compassion, kindness and understanding, particularly during the most difficult times at the end of our dogs' lives. Most recently, we faced the heartbreaking decision to put our young dog to sleep following an attack on a family member. It was an incredibly distressing situation, but everyone at KintraVet supported us with kindness, reassurance and professional advice every step of the way. We would especially like to thank Jen, who went above and beyond by coming to us on her day off. Her compassion and dedication meant so much to us at a very difficult time, and we will always be grateful for the care and support she showed our family. Thank you to everyone at KintraVet for the exceptional care you have given our dogs over the years.

  The best vet practice ever. We have now dealt with three vets here and their nurse. They quite simply can't do enough to help and put you and your pet at ease. We felt totally supported and cared for through a difficult patch in our dog's life and we were never rushed, no matter how many questions we had. Clearly people doing a job for the pure love of animals. Amy, the nurse, is a gem and we think our clingy dog may still miss his new friend!

  Kintra are compassionate, no pressure vets who explain in detail the best course of action for your pet. The staff do what they do because they have a deep love for animals and that is evident in how they treat each patient. Thank you all for helping me take care of my girls whether its routine or in a time of need.
