  They are always friendly and welcoming both at reception and the vet. Explain options and costs clearly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs and the text reminders are great ensuring you never miss an appointment or forget to collect medications. Great Team at both the Newport and St Andrews practice.

  My two dog companions absolutely love to visit Provost Vets in Newport on Tay and are always given a warm welcome. The staff understand my dogs well and are always happy to answer any of questions I may have.   This veterinary practice is brilliant. When I had to get my cat PTS, they couldn't have been better and handled it very well and my sobbing too. I also received a sympathy card, which was a nice touch. Julie who also works there is amazing
