  My dog had been a patient at this clinic for ten years, but after today’s ‘appointment’ -if you can even call it that -I won’t be coming back. I called because my dog was having trouble breathing. First, the receptionist couldn’t find me in the system by surname, by my dog’s name, or even by my address. She eventually found me by my phone number. I was booked for 14:50, but when I arrived I was told my appointment was at 14:00 -and they tried to convince me that I had made the mistake. I always double‑check the time, so that was simply not true. After I got understandably upset, I was told I could be seen at 15:30 (I was already there at 14:35). I agreed because I had no other option. Then at 15:20 I was told that the vet no longer had time to see us. I will never say a bad word about the vets themselves -they saved my dog’s life -but the reception staff are absolutely below the level of competence you would expect.

  The vets and staff at Tay vet treated my dog coco from the day she went to them til the day she went over the rainbow bridge. I can only state how kind caring they all were going over and above in helping my girl. I can’t recommend them enough

  Can't thank the practice enough.After finding a lump on my cat i phoned for appointment which I was given following morning even although my cat was not registered. Having convinced myself I wouldn't be taking my cat home the vet assured me that yes my cat had cancer but at that point was manageable with medication.Forward 3 months my cat deteriorated and on phoning practice was given appointment. Taken to a quiet on clinical room she was put to sleep.The staff couldn't have been nicer.few days later I recieved a lovely card with some flower seeds in memory of my cat .This practice goes above and beyond .I thank you

  Mrs. Olga is the best vet. patient, explains everything, the cat does not feel stressed. Mrs. Olga found the disease in the cat on the first visit where other vets did not see a "problem". I am happy that we found such a wonderful vet.
