Absolutely wonderful. The most genuine and kind staff - from the nurses, receptionists and vets. Over four years they have looked after my anxious Cockapoo and naughty terrier. They are professional, thoughtful and fun. I rarely write reviews - but on this occasion when so much effort from the entire team made my dogs appointment easier - I had to. Thank you. Fetcham are lucky to have a fabulous local vet 🥰

The receptionist Natasha is always lovely and so helpful . We have seen Felicia (vet) quite a number of times , she put both our rats to sleep but on this occasion Felicia assessed my dog . Felicia is professional , compassionate and knowledgeable, she’s a very good vet and I always feel confident and happy with her care plan . She was lovely with my daughter who was very upset when her rats were put asleep . Felicia was so compassionate , patient and caring , she took foot prints of our pet rats and sent the prints in a card which my daughter was so grateful to receive . I have always experienced a really good service at Fetcham and guilford , the staff are all so lovely and go that extra mile .

Poor knowledge when it comes to rabbits. I had multiple appointments as I was concerned about my rabbits health and every time was sent away with their conclusion that nothing was wrong. I disagreed though and pushed for a sample to be sent off, which lo and behold showed my rabbit had Coccidiosis. I quickly changed my vets to elsewhere who managed to treat her and she is happy and well now, but this could have been a very different outcome had I stayed with PetDoctors.

The people at PetDoctors Fetcham are fantastic. I had an appointment for my hamster the next day when I called. The appointment was at 1230. The vet saw my hamster, walked me through possible next steps and then actually put him under, performed a procedure, brought him back round and talked me through the aftercare and everything. All this start to finish was no more than an hour. Incredible skill and service. And my hamster is happy as a clam now.

My first time using this practice was an emergency appointment for my very poorly Cat. They were able to fit us in quickly. The vet was kind and very respectful of my poor cat who sadly had to be put to sleep. The rest of the staff could not have been more compassionate and I was offered various options for cremation etc. I won't hesitate to use this practice again if my other Cat should ever need it.
