Very friendly staff and our boy didn't flinch. He can be very vocal as he likes to interact with people and other dogs.

Took up offer of free doggie dental check and booked an appointment. Very thorough check and good advice given. Only minor annoyance is getting a reminder email purportedly from the same practice inviting me to book a free dental check! It's basic IT fails like this that I find inexcusable.
