We are so pleased that we have returned to Winton Lodge, since it recently reopened after the previous group closed and moved. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and really knowledgeable. We felt so reassured and well informed by our vet today, and it is clear how much the staff love animals with how they are with our very excited Labrador, who is just as happy to be there! We have tried a few vets recently, and can honestly say Winton Lodge stands out as being the best. We feel very confident having our dog under their care, which is exactly what you want in a vets!

Excellent experience today. Same day appointment, kindness and patience shown. Listened to my concerns and prescribed pain relief which I'm relieved about. So glad this has returned to independent.

Really friendly and professional clinic. Very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Even more personal and relaxed now that the site is under independent management again 🙂 Most importantly I trust that my pet is in safe hands! 🐈

One of the only local vets that are animals first, profit second. I am so grateful that you could help our gerbil today and I could still afford my food shopping this week. Thank you so much, Ellie the vet was amazing, and all the staff were superstars 🩷

We’ve had several visits here with our foster kitten and our own cats, and have always felt our animals were in good hands. The first time we came in, vet Alex was incredible—so attentive and genuinely loving with our foster kitten, and later on also with our distressed cat. It really amazed us how much care and compassion he showed. More recently, another lady vet was equally attentive and took the time to answer all our questions, which was very reassuring. The receptionists were also wonderful. Overall, we’ve consistently felt listened to and cared for here
