  The team working today were just amazing. We rushed over after our dog slipped and fell down the stairs, the vet saw us quickly and talked us through all the checks she was doing to make sure he was OK. Can’t thank you enough!

  Caroline is a truly wonderful vet! After a poor experience there last year, I switched to Caroline and have not looked back since. She is all about your pet and everything that's in his/ her best interest. She is so reassuring and explains everything very clearly. The nurses and receptionists are all brilliant too.

  Went today whilst stopping on the Horsley Camping and Caravan Club Site. Tbeybhave previously helped me whilst my Dog Tyler was under Fitzpatricks for chemo treatment . They supplied me with eye drops Fitzpatricks did not have and couldn't get for me in time despite previously supplying them for him . I called straight away as I needed and wanted Tyler to be seen as the hospital had not been in touch. Called and explained and they made Tyler an appointment with locum Jules. We were both given time and treated with respect and listened to. Tyler was throughly examined and listened to. Info that Fitzpatrick had given me was talked through in a no nonsense manner and I appreciated the honesty and knowledge offered. Reception lady whose name I forgot was great from the moment we arrived in the carpark this time and last. Tyler n3ver walks into a vets but did here and it made him and I so comfortable. It matters. I want to say thank you for making such a difficult time so much easier and painless for us both. It will be remembered dearly for ever. Thank you kindly. Please pass this on.
