The reason for my one star is as from today when I explain the situation regardless my cat was vomiting and I mean she was literally vomiting and it was an emergency and she was registered to this place I don’t think they did care in fact apparently they were really really busy. I explained and reported it to one of the call handlers which I am now going to un register my cat from there I do not Recommend anyone to go to this vet because they don’t really care and sometimes I don’t know what they are saying and doing Regardless, my cats healthy issues and other things I give this a zero if it was to be and I would like to report a formal complaint regardless this whole situation I had to bring her to another vet for further investigation in the enquiries

Whilst dog sitting our daughter’s dog she badly hurt her Dew Claw. We’ve never been in a vets before, Evy was extremely stressed , every member of staff she met was absolutely fantastic. She’s going back to- morrow for treatment . We came away with pain killers etc and as you can see managed to put the cone on her. We cannot thank everyone enough for their dedication, patience and kindness. (Although it was 1:0 to Evy her first experience was very positive) We feel to - morrow Evy will be in good hands. A really good independent vet. The staff are very friendly and really good with the animals. We got in with our cat in for an emergency appointment. Late Friday afternoon on a bank holiday weekend. They really do go the extra mile to look after you pets.

Caring, professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice. After failing to get an appointment for my puppy for up to two days with my vet's Idecided to ring Pennine vets, so pleased that I did! Had an appointment same day. Won't be going anywhere else now. They were great with my little puppy. Put my mind at ease. First class service!
