  It was a good visit the usual great service, the welcoming receptionist Karen and the wonderful and attentive vet Ella…..they made both me and most importantly my dog Peggy feel most welcome. Well done Pennards Borough Green.

  I am glad we have found Pennards. All the people we have met in our many trips to see them with our 11 ferrets spead over 3 of their surgeries, have been very kind & respectful. We find comfort in the way they are happy to handle our ferrets without the fear some vets seem to have of them. The ferrets pick up on this confidence and relax more making diagnosis a bit easier. We needed to see a specific vet, & today she was in the Borough Green office, rather than the Sevenoaks office we normally attend. We popped over there and it was a great relief to see they had their own parking, again the reception staff were lovely and friendly, meaning we again received the great service we have come to expect frim them.

  Been meaning to write a review about Ella for a few weeks now but was all too raw. Last month we had to say goodbye to our family dog Vince. He was blind, deaf, and had some dementia. Ella knew the sensitivity of this and was simply, utterly amazing in such a horrid situation. She explained to the whole family why it was best for Vince to go to heaven rather than keeping him going for our own benefits. She explained how everything was going to happen and reassured everyone in the family he wouldnt suffer. This was heartbreaking for everyone but with Ella's professionalism and guidance we said goodbye to Vince. Ella and the rest of the team look after all our other dogs and they are simply the best vets I've used in years. Thanks again Ella and the lady on reception that day for taking such good care of us and our beloved boy Vince. X

  All the staff at the Borough Green branch are amazing - I’ve been taking my dog there since he was a puppy 8 years ago & there is no one else I would trust with my dogs health. Thanks to them my dogs cancer was diagnosed at an early stage & he’s alive and well purely thanks to their expertise. They are always welcoming, accommodating & helpful and most recently helped sort out my insurance claim after a successful tooth removal at the Tonbridge branch. I can’t recommend Pennard Vets enough 😊
