  I have been using Palmer and Duncan since it opened many moons ago. Joe our current vet is amazing. He’s so kind and caring with our old lad who I have to say is very grumpy at the vets but Joe is always calm and gentle with him. He also understands the balance of old age but keeping quality of life and speaks sense while doing his absolute best to keep health issues settled. We are very fortunate to have found a vet like Joe

  This vet is by far the best ive used. Very friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and not over expensive. They have been absolutely no issues while taking my cat and dog to separate services. Would definitely recommend!

  Absolutely amazing. You can tell that they care about your pets and not just about making money. I took my girl in after she had puppies and they made sure everything was fine with her including the puppies. They worked over the closing time to check her and her puppies to which I am so grateful. Brilliant people.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’re with Palmer & Duncan Vets on their pet plan and it’s always easy to get an appointment, which makes such a difference. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Our most recent visit for our dog’s annual health check and booster couldn’t have been better – the vet was extremely thorough, gave clear and useful advice, and never pressured us into buying any products. A genuinely caring and professional practice. Five stars from us.

  Changed to this practice due to the good reviews after we lost our 14 year old Yorkshire Terrier and wanted a fresh start with our new dog. Always had great care and felt much more confident with them than our last vet practice. Everyone is friendly the Vets, Vet Nurses and Reception staff. Returned with Barney yesterday for his booster jabs. Despite the building work they have put an excellent process in place which made it clear what to do before we arrived. A quick call to reception once we arrived and we sat in our car until the vet came to collect us. Apparently the work will be finished in a couple of weeks. Barney's booster went without a hitch a thorough check before and all was fine. Brilliant practice, friendly caring what more could you want 😀
