  My dog was looked after by this practice in the last years of his life and they took care of his body and cremation for us when we sadly had to have him put to sleep out of hours. They were so sweet to my son , who didn't get to say goodbye to our dog , Stan. He was allowed to go and see him twice before he was cremated and they let him see him for as long as he needed. It really helped him process. Elizabeth our vet , was lovely and they really looked after him. He hated going ! Lovely practice.

  Posting review for Mrs Huntingford: My appointment yesterday was for Pepi’s first yearly vaccinations. The moment we walked into reception we were greeted with a welcoming smile from the ladies on the reception desk. The appointment was with Harriet who was, as always, kind, gentle, considerate and professional towards Pepi and myself. She listened to what I said, answered queries, and did all the necessary checks on Pepi. A stress free visit for him and myself. In my opinion they are an amazing team, always helpful and polite. Can’t recommend them enough. Last year when Cefa had a problem Elizabeth came in on her day off (a Saturday) to scan her and arrange for her to have further treatment. SO very kind of her to basically ‘give up’ her day off to help Cefa. A big thankyou to every one of you.

  Been using NM Vets since my lab was a puppy. Recent visit was for grass seed deep in her ear. She is normally a very friendly girl but she was notably anxious and in pain, the vet was lovely and reassuring. All the staff are always welcoming and attentive - from the reception, to the vets and nurses. Great local practice

  Although it was an ordeal getting my two cats Alfie and Arthur in their carry cases to the vet, the visit was very successful. The veterinary nurse was very helpfull in offering one or two suggestions about the cat's diet. Especially as they seem to be overweight already at nine months. Also very friendly and very knowledgeable. The cats liked her as well especially Alfie.
