Completely disaster with them. Booking for new puppy health check one week in advance. And when I come today they say they have emergency and cannot do the health check for puppy, then ask me to do the registration again which I had done over the phone one week ago, which means they have never taken my appointment for new puppy health check for serious. No trust with them anymore.
Read on Google →Max the exotic vet is fantastic. I bought my Giant African land snail into him after many exotic vets refused to see him. I felt so comfortable and confident as soon as I met Max, he really knew what he was talking about. Sadly Thor was an old boy at 10 years old and the best yet difficult decision was euthanasia. I know he was in the best hands with Max, and he was looked after until the end. Thank you Max
Read on Google →I have been using vets for pets in new Malden for 9months, I have found them to be a corporation more interested it numbers and money then the actual care they provide for your pet. It’s a shame as the actual vet I have dealt with has been amazing but unfortunately the practices decisions and procedures are solely based on profit and numbers. Sign up for the complete care plan for both my dogs, which they message you (sometimes) to order. I call I order the flea and worming and I am told to come back in three days. When I go back I am told it’s all been given to other customers and they would need to reorder! Three times this happen on two separate occasions.on the second occasion they didn’t read my pets notes and gave me a topical medication that cooper reacts too! The first time I complained at the desk about this issue and the pharmacist went into a made up medication bag for another pet ripped it open and proceeded to give my pet someone else made up prescription. The second time I followed their complaints procedure and asked to have a call with the practice manager, I received a call the next day, from reception who tells me the practice manager ask her to give me a call as she was too busy! This receptionist then proceeded to tell me that they have and receive far too many flea and worming orders that they can’t allocate the medication even if you order it! A bad policy this means I could keep ordering and they keep giving it to other people! Puts my pets treatment behind by 9 days every three months. She also proceeded to tell me that she was making a note on the system that my pet can’t have topical, this was a complete lie!! As the lady at reception the day before checked the notes and showed me it was already there! So the pharmacist prescribed medication without reading the notes, could you trust them to prescribe medication correctly for a seriously ill pet!? I now don’t trust them to look after my pet, can I leave yes as long as you pay more money. Like I said a corporation not a pet, owner friendly place, our pets are our family not pound notes.
Read on Google →Been with these vets for years with various family pets and have always recieved the best care. Especially from Maks and Ruth. Theyre knowledgeable, always friendly and explain things in a way you can understand and always want whats best for your pet. I always feel my bunnies health are in safe hands and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Read on Google →I’ve been bringing my guinea pigs here for the past three years, and I feel incredibly lucky to have Max as our vet. He’s extremely knowledgeable, but also patient and kind with both me and the piggies. We’ve faced quite a few challenges over the years, and Max has been amazing every time. Vet visits can be stressful, but seeing him always reassures me. It’s a real privilege to have built such a trusting relationship and to know our pets are in the safest hands. Everyone at the practice has shown me kindness. During periods when we were coming in for weekly check-ups, Julie on reception would remember Scruff and ask how he was doing - that thoughtfulness meant a lot. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly. 💛🐹
