Can’t praise the team at Naismith Vet. So caring and gentle with my old fellow Watson. Since his diagnosis at the end of last year till now amazing just amazing. Caring compassionate up front about the costs. From the front of house receptionists the nurses and the Vets. AMAZING. Would highly recommend the practice. Did I mention how amazing the whole team is. Thank you all. And a big ❤️ 🤗 from Watson.
Read on Google →Having had my Romaine rescue for 3 years and treated by my previous vets that I used for 15 years, I wasn’t happy with their policy on pre and post treatment of my dog if she tested positive for Brucella Canis, so I switched to Naismith Vets. Recommended on the FB BC page, as a BC+ vets. What a difference, not made to wait in car park, allowed in reception, no full PPE and vet Charlie Adam’s was so good with my extremely nervous girl, Pepper. Thankfully her results came back as BC negative and she’s now booked in for dental care, hopefully her kisses after won’t be so pungent 🤢 I cannot rate this practice highly enough and I spread the word on the BC FB page to others, who like me were terrified to have their dogs tested as some vet practices are encouraging PTS 😢 Thank you again Naismith Vets and especially Charlie. Pepper and I will sleep sound tonight ❤️
Read on Google →I honestly can’t recommend Naismith Vets highly enough. From the moment we registered, the whole team was welcoming, professional, and so genuinely caring. The level of care here is absolutely first-class — you can tell everyone at Naismith’s truly loves animals and takes pride in what they do. Alex in particular has absolutely gone above and beyond for our boys. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, and the communication — from reception through to follow-up — is outstanding. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated, professional, and compassionate all in one place.
Read on Google →Recently joined this practice & very happy with everything. Vets that actually listen to owners & the ability to have discussion around tests & treatment rather than chain owned vets, where my experience has been money before anything.
Read on Google →Wonderful vet practice, always made feel very welcome by everyone, always greeted with a smile. I always see Alex who is very thorough and very good with my dogs, always engages with the dogs to make them at ease before examining them. He is an amazing vet, been to another practice were they wanted to send me to dermatologist to make up vaccine for ear infections, Alex worked with me with medication and finally found the problem by doing an ear flush, no vaccines needed, just Alex’s professionalism to listen and give me the different options available and willing to spend the time to find out the issue and fix it. I love that it’s always the same vet I see instead of a different one every time you visit, feel seeing same one, they know your dog. I recommend everyone to Naismith Bets. Best around
