I was able to book an online appointment easily. Reception staff were very friendly and I love how clean the place is. The vet (Alice I think was her name) was so wonderful with my cat. The wee one is doing much better now so I can't thank you guys enough!

This place is way overpriced, and some of the vets have very little knowledge. Seems geared to people with insurance only. Totally unaffordable for most of the area it serves.

Took my dog here a few years ago to get 4 teeth out due to issues with his gums. Was told they would call me if any further work needed done..... when I picked my dog up later on in afternoon I was told they removed 22 teeth ...... I was so angry and would loved to have made that decision or ask for a second opinion before they did something so drastic. I made a complaint and they said I didnt need to pay for the procedure but my dogs no longer welcome there ....

Just wanted to compliment the care and professionalism of Dr Hannah in dealing with my dog over the past couple of days. He’d had some sort of reaction, suspected insect sting, so a very swollen face. As he was starting to cough and become distressed I later called and they fitted him in just before closing, despite this he received an excellent level of care. No improvement the next day and he seemed worse in himself so as instructed brought him in. The vet talked through a number of options should he not improve so I left feeling reassured. He’s back to his usual self today, had he worsened though I would have felt much better taking him back to such a proactive professional. Must commend the reception team in here as well, always pleasant and helpful.
