  Staff at the reception are great as are the vets. They treat animals with compassion offer appropriate advice and provide a 1st class service. They know your animal is like a child to you part of your family. I have a collie who is my emotional support dog and my life line. The vets explain step by step what they're doing amd what the treatment is for. I would highly recommend them

  The staff at the Vetinary Centre are always pleasant and obviously have a love for the pets that they care for. This is our 2nd dog with the practice 17 years apart and the service is the same as it has always been.

  My 2 year old Shih Tzu named Cookie needed her vaccines. The place is easy to get to by bus. The location is convenient and has a dog friendly restaurant a bar a few minutes walk away! The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The vets are knowledgeable and treated Cookie as if they loved her and her. Cookie was a bit nervous at first but they were so nice to her before anything happened, they won her trust and she didn’t even make a sound when she got jabbed. Honestly, this place is really great. And the prices are reasonable too. Thank you so much for you did! I recommend this place! PS. I still want all the toys they have in their for sale!!! The fox, the piglet, the frying pan with egg and bacon, the unicorn, the turtle, the puppychino , and the hotdog were my favourites lol

  I took my two cats to the Vet Centre for their first appointment with the practice and met with the locum vet, Erin. She was brilliant - professional, knowledgeable and caring. My cats were at ease and comfortable, she explained everything thoroughly, talked through options and shared her advice. As a new member of the Pet Health Club, the appointment was covered as well as vaccinations. We will be back in four weeks for the next round. Highly recommend this vet practice, receptionists were friendly and helpful.

  My first visit here with my puppy and vet was amazing explained so much to me and she was excellent with my puppy she took time to make sure she was comfortable before her jags really glad I came here my sister recommended this vet .
