Our baby girl Daisy passed away recently and all the staff at medivet were absolutely amazing with the care and compassion that they gave Daisy during her time there. Special thanks to vet Maria and Emily for going above and beyond not just with Daisy but also with us as a family aswell. You don't realise how much it meant to us. I would definitely recommend this Vets to anyone. Thank you again from Rob, Mandy, Daisy and family xxx

Barnie would like to say a big big thank you to Emily and the team for looking after his poorly paw after he stood on some glass. He loved coming to the vets to have his bandaged changed, as he got lots of fuss, attention…..and back plenty of back scratches from Emily and the team. As his human parents (Lisa & Liz) we would like to say thank you also, you’ve all been superb with him. Barnie looks forward to seeing you all again for his annual boosters. X

Truly incompetent vets. NHS style of do the bare minimum, let the problem deteriorate, then treat the flare and not the cause. I have brought my dog here since he was a puppy, the vets never truly gave me advice for how to manage his chronic issues beyond prescribing steroids and antibiotics when I needed them. As a result his condition has deteriorated under their care in a way that could have been avoided. I would do my own endless research on how to treat it myself at home, and I would bring up my findings to the vet and they would simply say “no don’t do that” and not give me any alternative, just give him steroids and antibiotics now he’s past the point of no return. No advice on how to prevent it happening. Just found out that my dog has low grade infection this whole time for symptoms the vets also dismissed as “normal” and told me not to worry about. Would never come back here or recommend it to anyone. Very bare minimum standard of care. Worse than the NHS except you’re paying 100s of pounds every time you come. Once time they charged me a fortune for paracetamol and I didn’t realise till I got home. Genuinely hate this place and what they have done to my dog.
