Never felt compelled to leave a review in my life but this place deserves one Terrible service, i started travelling an hour each way to Medivet Alder from the poor customer service they offer. Paid 17.50 a month for a subscription I didn't use and then got told they want to try and charge a cancellation fee aswell. In addition I got a comparison quote from another Medivet for some treatments and they were literally more than half the price this branch was quoting. Stay away.

Took my Guinea Pig to have his nails clipped - the receptionist was very personable even though the customer before me was being quite tricky she remained professional at all times. My appointment ran on time and the lady that clipped was gentle and kind - an obvious animal lover.

I would highly recommend Medivet adlington as I’ve never had a bad experience with them after nearly 2 years of being with them. They always treat my dog Boris with the highest standards of care and the staff could not be more welcoming. Boris loves visiting the vets, put simply due to the amazing staff who always make him feel at home and we won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon!
