This is a vital lifeline for the care & diagnosis & ongoing treatment of my two cats Sheba & Ebony. The reception staff are warm & welcoming. The Vets are excellent. Always offered an appointment quickly, diagnosis & treatment explained fully. Convenient town centre location

We took our cat in for an ingrown claw, although she is a very nervous cat the whole experience was very calm and comforting for her. They saw to us quickly despite not being pre registered at the vets and were excellent with her. I couldn’t recommend this vet practice enough!

A very accommodating & helpful vets particularly Christina who I spoke to on reception at a very worrying time for my hamster, Homer. I didn't need the appointment in the end (we got seen a day earlier at a vets closer to home) but I would definitely contact them again if needed in future.

We had our first visit to Chorley Vets this week. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we'd made the right choice! We were welcomed by Sam, who put our puppy at ease. He had previously been frightened at another vets, but here he felt comfortable enough to have a cuddle instead, with no upset from him at all. We didn't wait long until we were called in to see Calypso. She was fantastic. So thorough and reassuring. She gave him a full health check and again our puppy was so relaxed, which was suchba relief. When we came out to pay, he had more cuddles from Sam, so I could concentrate on the instructions for his medication. Every member of staff we met were professional and so friendly. We have clearly made the right choice by joining this practice.

If you have an exotic I can’t recommend this place enough, mushu had his first visit this week and I was so happy with the care received. Originally I was worried about having to take him to the vets for the first time, but my nerves were instantly settled as everybody was so kind and reassuring. He was handled amazingly and with such genuine care and interest. I will be returning back to Chorley whenever needed and if you have concerns about your reptile I suggest you come here. ❤️
