Really uncomfortable and unprofessional, receptionist was bizarre. I asked about getting my cat spayed and signing up to the vets, and then I asked some questions about a puppy we are adopting soon and how we can go about booking a health check, and she said “this a really weird conversation we’re having, are you actually going to have these pets? We keep getting these phone calls from people and we’ve never seen the cats before” like what?! I then said we will just go elsewhere. I really hope that call was recorded, absolutely shocking! She was untrusting, unhelpful and just rude.

The vet and the receptionist was absolutely fantastic. I took my kittens in to be neutered. One of my kittens was so scared but they dealt with her fantastic.

I turned up with my cat without notice for an infection, i was registered there and he was happy to see my cat inbetween appointments to diagnose and treat the infection. I felt a bit awkward turning up out of the blue, but i was reluctant to travel to the other vets we used to go too at the far side of bolton, so would make sense to me to stay local and support a local business. I appreciated his and his staffs time to see and register my cat in short notice, Thanks guys.

My whole family have been bringing our pets to David Eccles for years now. I'm the next generation and this practice has gone above and beyond for my 3 guinea pigs! Starting with Hurley who has had previously a graze on her tummy which she was a total hypacondriact over! Minni with her funky gunky eye, and now Melody with her ever growing lumps! My girls are so calm coming here and the vets are so friendly with both owner and the pets. I recommend this vets to anyone and everyone!

Doesn't have any pet communication, meaning he doesn't talk to the animal to make it feel comfortable and seems arrogant and when you phone up regarding pet results , you get hung up on cos a car rolling into another is more important than disgussing your pets health.
