We recently took our cat Frankie for treatment. The vet was lovely and kind with Frankie and treated him with kindness. He had tests done and when the results came back he phoned us and explained the results fully . Thankfully everything was OK and I can only thank them for their wonderful service.

We're very lucky to have chosen this lovely practice 18 months ago! They can usually fit our cat in on the same day for emergency appointments which is always a great reassurance when the issue is acute. Our over-sensitive rescue cat has always received empathic care and intelligent treatment from all staff with maximum consideration given to minimising pain. We most often see Dr Van Vuuren who possesses incredible encyclopedic knowledge. You feel he comprehensively considers every possibility as well as outlining the pros and cons of each treatment option which offers us crystal clear informed choice. He is always calm, kind and gentle with our cat who is nervous by nature but has very little anxiety in the appointments. The nurses are also always gentle with our cat and were extremely supportive after her spay. Whichever member of staff we see, they take as much time as we need to explain everything and answer all our questions. The receptionists listen attentively when you call with a concern and are very accurate in relaying information. We never feel hurried and always leave feeling grateful and confident that our cat has received the highest standard of care. I'm sure there are some cheaper vets around but the peace of mind we get from Medivet is definitely worth it. I'm sure our cat would also give this branch 5 stars!

The only issue we had was waiting 30min after our appointment time. One of our dogs is nervous around other dogs so long waits can be a problem. The vet was very thorough and polite and she explained everything to us. Overall, happy with the service provided (not so much the bill😂)
