  I feel like I got scammed here. I was told the check up for my dog would be £70, which I was happy paying and was never told I would have to pay extra - a checkup should be the whole body but apparently the eyes are £80 extra! I had to pay £150!! I was told further treatments would cost extra...in the future, NOT NOW. Absolute rip off and I will never be returning. Staff were friendly but very VERY deceptive wording to sneakly make you pay more - BE CAREFUL.

  Superb vet with time to discuss difficult options and help with decisions for my best mate Dave the dog. I joined medivets 2 or 3 years ago after some questionable suggestions from Pets at Home, never seeing the same vet twice. You realise just how compassionate this practice is after we had to put Dave to sleep. They are a beautiful vets practice with amazing care and regard for my dog, and us when we needed them. Thank you Frances, Kate and the whole team from front desk to surgery. I love you guys. Your card made me cry along with your amazing empathy. Very grateful. All the best (having moved away).

  Most recent experience was visiting the practice with our little girl for her op to be spayed. Everything explained in detail about the procedure and after care.. felt really comfortable leaving her in their care.

  We’ve been taking our dogs and cats here for years and have always been impressed by the care they receive. The team are attentive, take the time to answer questions thoroughly, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. They take great care whether it’s a routine check-up or something more serious and complex. We’re extremely thankful to have ended up with such a great vet practice!

  Wanted to say a huge thank you to Anoush. The kindness and humility he showed on Friday for our dear boy Teddy. One of the hardest days of our lives but Anoush was so gentle and understanding. This was something we needed to do for our beautiful Teddy he went to sleep with people around him that loved him more than words can say. Thankyou Anoush for being our strength and showing how wonderful a vet you are. You truly are a very special person.
