Amazing vets. My dog is anxious and they treat him kindly and quickly, which makes the necessary check ups a lot easier to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Read on Google →The vets themselves are ok and quite friendly.. however the business is massively let down by the unfriendly and cold welcome from reception staff and their general attitude and tone towards customers which borders on rude. This is not just one member of staff but a collective group of individuals who are either unhappy or just not friendly at all. Definitely gone down hill over the years… will be moving to another practice based on last experience. Would not recommend this Veterinary practice on this basis
Read on Google →We very sadly had to say goodbye to our oldest collie this week and Louise and her team showed such kindness and care. Natterjacks have always been professional, kind and compassionate. We are very fortunate to have them as our vets.
Read on Google →Been coming to Natterjacks for years and always thought the service was good and vets are experienced and friendly. Yesterday was a standout visit though - brought in my 2 cats for their yearly vaccinations and checkups and was booked in with Prateek who is relatively new to this clinic. He was SO lovely, super friendly, calm and so informative and helpful. I was so impressed by his manner and professionalism as well as his welcoming demeanor and passion for his work. He was also so gentle and lovely when handling the cats. Thank you!
Read on Google →We have always found the vets and nurses very kind and they take the time to explain things. Yesterday was her annual check up and vaccination. She was all good. The vet was excellent with her, although she has never had a bad experience there she really doesn’t like being looked at although never reacts in a viscous way not even a growl. Aways good to have a MOT Photos of Mollie who has recently completed her second charity walk for Breast Cancer now, along with both human and doggy friends this time just over 50 miles over 6 days along the South West Coastal path. She loves the challenges and the herding of the group thankfully the weather was perfect for walking we did worry it might be too hot. Mollie’s fitness training included hydro fitness for times when the weather was too wet or too hot. I can thoroughly recommend South Coast Hydrotherapy , my husband had loads of bottles of water for frequent water stops, the cold jackets and bibs were thankfully not needed. We also have a Natterjacks first aid kit, again wasn’t needed but you never know.
