Our dog was diagnosed with a spinal problem, which was very worrying for us. Due to the location and also based on recommendations, we decided to move our pet to PetPractice and chose Ms Asia Day, who primarily works at Oakdale Pet Practice. We received reliable and highly professional veterinary care combined with genuinely kind and compassionate service. Ms Asia Day is an extremely professional and warm person — she explains everything clearly, takes time to answer questions, and treats animals with great empathy and care. I would highly recommend Ms Asia Day and the Oakdale Pet Practice.

I have been a client of the Pet Practice for many years. I would highly recommend them as every member of staff is friendly, welcoming, reassuring, knowledgable and of course professional. The practice is always exceptionally clean and calm. Sadly, we soon have to say goodbye to our beloved dog. Our vet, Asia, has shown such compassion towards us. She answered all our questions with patience and care. This is an exceptional veterinary practice that I most certainly recommend to all pet owners.

Recently changed vets as I was unhappy with the corporate one I was with , extra charges for everything , Pet practice was welcoming upfront on fees very good care plans , happy I have moved over to them for my pup and senior girl

We have been using the Pet Practice for a number of years and even after we moved out of the area, have remained with them as they are excellent and prioritise the welfare of your pets. Aside for 1 locum who was horrendous and a very young vet who was ridiculously over cautious with our very young docile dog, we have only got positive things to say and praise for the staff that we deal with frequently. Asia the Vet within the Oakdale Poole practice and Stacey the receptionist both of whom, always make us feel so welcome. Asia is incredible with our four legged family who the staff know are our life. We have 5 dogs at present (Barnaby, Bonnie, Storm , Willow and Beau) .. and we lost our beautiful little ShitZu Bella a few months back and as stated previously, the compassion from the veterinary staff was amazing. Thank you personally from our family for taking care of our pack and being a truly wonderful and amazing practice.
