My first visit to the team at Broadstone with my dog and we received such a warm and kind welcome followed by informed and supportive advice on my pets care. Thank you so much for giving both my pet and I the reassurance needed.

I was so impressed by the time and care spent with my new puppy as he had his vaccination. He didn’t feel a thing. The receptionist was lovely too. I feel I have found the perfect vets for me and Eric.

We've been with Medivet since we moved into the area about four and a half years ago now. We've always received excellent service from them, everyone is extremely helpful and sympathetic. Unfortunately we recently lost our dog and Medivet did everything to help us ease the pain. Thank you Medivet for being so understanding. Jenny and Keith Brooks

Medivet Broadstone and Medivet Parkstone/Poole both wonderful. Visited Monday 21st as I was worried about my cat Reggie as he has Renal failure. First was greeted by Tracy Receptionist very professional then was taken in to see Christina the Vet. Again very kind and professional, everything checked weight, blood pressure and she tried to cut Reggie's nails only he was not happy so booked Booked an appointment for Saturday 26th July at 10.30am as I work. Rang Saturday 9am approx spoke to Receptionist at Parkstone/Poole very professional however I rang to check if I could feed Reggie as he was having Blood Tests, she said yes, then when I saw Tracy the Vet she said no he should not have been fed. I was not very impressed as the Receptionist should of checked. Tracy explained everything and that Reggie could stay with them and they would look after him cut his nails then after a while do the blood tests. The day went so well went to collect him 6pm. The Vets had so many emergencies Reggie still not done, we discussed everything I arranged to collect him at 9pm. I must say those Vets, Nurses worked so hard on Saturday to help everyone. So Professional, I was pre warned by Kate the Principal Vet it could be busy however it turned even more busy. I can not complain as it was such a busy Saturday. I will probably not book a Saturday appointment in future. Mainly so I do not cause problems. A wonderful service a wonderful team. Reggie and I left a small gift of biscuits for everyone to have with their well earned cup of tea when they could have a break. A very big thankyou.😊😸😺
