Our dog was due his annual checkup and injections. We were notified by Hillside Vets about a fortnight beforehand and then received reminders before the actual date. We were also reminded he needed his flea and worming tablets so arranged to pick them up at the same time as his checkup. On arrival we were welcomed by the reception team and soon were called to see the vet. She was very friendly and helpful and gave our dog a thorough check over and signed his appropriate paperwork. Then we went back to the receptionists who dispensed the tablets with a smile and a few treats for our dog. Couldn't fault anything to do with Hillside Vets and would recommend them to any pet owners.

Dennis has been going to Hillside Vets since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 4 years old and the care received on his yearly check up and injections was still just as good as our first visit. Would not go anywhere else.

First time visiting this friendly and welcoming vets. Impressed with the layout, a separate area for cats and dogs. The receptionists were very helpful and efficient. We were given a welcome pack which had goodies in and relevant information for our dog. Chris the vet was very knowledgeable and helpful about our future plans. He gave our doggie an injection and she didn’t even flinch. One happy family.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team for making our two kittens’ first vet visit such a positive experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, gentle, and patient — not just with the kittens, but with us too! It was lovely to see how much care and attention you gave them, and all the extra cuddles didn’t go unnoticed. The little welcome bag was such a lovely touch — they’re fast asleep now, curled up with their new teddies! It’s clear that you genuinely love what you do, and that makes such a difference. We left feeling completely reassured and confident that our little ones are in the best hands. Thank you again for your warmth, professionalism, and for making their first check-up such a happy experience. Andy , Rachael Bitsie & Mitsie 🐾
