  We recently had to have a few emergency appointments for her cat, and then sadly, she had to be put down. Medivet was utterly wonderful, compassionate, and thoughtful, every single step of the way, even sending us a handwritten card with their condolences after the fact. We've never had a bad experience with any of their staff, they've always been very warm and personable. Thank you for turning a very difficult series of appointments into something dignified for our cat and manageable for us. Can't recommend this vets more.

  Every experience I have had at this Vets has been exemplary. I have seen multiple vets and every single one has been perfect with my even slightly difficult to handle cat. I have felt every time that the vets go above and beyond to help your pet. We recently had to make the very rough call to have our cat put to sleep and even despite it being a personally tough decision i felt it was handled extremely well, compasionatly and sensitively by the wonderful vet unfortunately tasked with this difficult situation. I'm very glad my darling was cared for by such a good team

  Excellent service. I took a very ill rabbit to the surgery, didn't have an appointment but they took my rabbit for an examination and we're very sympathetic. Unfortunately we ended up putting rabbit to sleep, again they were brilliant. Thanks to Sabrina for her prompt attention and care, not just to my rabbit but also to me; thanks to Lyn for being understanding and to the rest of the team who were involved.

  Thank you so much for being absolutely amazing with my anxious German Shepherd last week. She can appear quite intimidating, but Alex was not afraid at all and handled her with such calm professionalism. Your confidence and kindness really helped put us all at ease.   Our first visit to this practice and we highly recommend it. The vet was informative, confident and was great with our puppy. He gave us advice on training, feeding and explained everything thoroughly. The lady on reception was friendly and efficient. Excellent service thank you.
