The first time I have been to Pawsome Vets and I can recommend them 100% by far the best vet I have used and I have used many over the years at different locations throughout the UK and abroad. The vet we saw was called Erald, he was so caring and very thorough examining my dog, other vets I've been to the appointment seemed to be under a time constraint and sometimes rushed but not here at Pawsome, he took his time and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were friendly and professional. I am so pleased I found Pawsome Vets, I feel reassured my dog will receive the best care and treatment. Thank you.

We cannot thank this veterinary team enough. Our almost 7 month old Cocker Spaniel suddenly became unwell and was diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction that required urgent surgery. From the moment we called, the entire team — receptionists, nurses, and surgeons — were calm, compassionate, and incredibly professional. Sergiu and Erald took such wonderful care of him and kept us informed throughout what was a very frightening few days. Their skill and reassurance made all the difference. The nurses and reception staff were equally kind and supportive, showing real empathy for how worried we were. Thanks to their quick action and expertise, our boy was able to come home the very same day. We are beyond grateful for the care, communication, and compassion shown to both our pet and our family. Truly outstanding service — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The staff, from reception to the veterinary practitioner, are extremely friendly, accommodating, and highly professional. A welcoming atmosphere greets you when entering the building. Everyone is helpful with information made readily available. Consultation is conducted in a relaxed and engaging manner. Amidst the current climate of high-cost treatment across the industry, I personally have found Pawsome to be pleasantly reasonable! 🙂
