  Terrible customer service. We changed from this vets in Feb 2026 as not happy with the increasing prices. Registered with another local vet and gave my consent for our cat's records to be forwarded. They didn't send them and only found out today when our cat needed emergency treatment for an injured tail. Took the new vets 3 attempts between 1 and 5pm to finally get them sent over causing an unnecessary suffering for my cat as the new vets needed the records ....thier reason....they were very busy! Too busy to prioritise something they should have done months ago!

  We've been bringing our rabbit Rolo to Shannon Lodge since we got him and we have had absolutely 0 issues, they've been very understanding of any time we've had to postpone or reschedule due to work commitments and they are even better with our bunny, receptionists are always very friendly and the two vet surgeons Arne and Ellie have been dealing with him the most and they are absolutely brilliant.

  Sadly yesterday we had to say goodbye to our lovely cat Graham. I must say the service we received from Shannon Lodge to help us in this difficult time was exceptional. Special thanks have to go to Lisa Arne and especially Nichola who made an incredibly hard time as easy as they could do. We have used Shannon Lodge for many years now and their service continues to get better all the time. Thanks again to all of you. Bill and Tina March

  Always get a quick appointment which is important. Very covid safe would highly recommend. Staff are all very nice and have time to explain things. Trust them completely with my fur babies. Xx
