Our boy was admitted to Vets Now by our day vet due to a kidney injury following sickness. He had to be on fluids over the weekend with continued monitoring. The whole process from start to finish was very straightforward. They really looked after him and made sure to provide updates on how he was doing. Any questions we asked were answered transparently. They really did an amazing job, and their efforts meant our boy could come home. We’ve been so worried. I rang them at 2 a.m., and they were still happy to provide me with any updates I asked for. Thank you Vets Now team, for looking after our Albie. He is at home now, on the mend ❤️‍🩹

My dog was stung by a bee last night, I called through to reception and advised that I would be making my way over around 22:30. I received a call back within 5 minutes, advising me that it may not be necessary to attend unless my dog is struggling to breathe etc, which he wasn’t. I was also told to call back if anything changed, as the vet didn’t want me to waste my money. Absolutely amazing customer service, which shows they prioritise safety over making money. My dog is absolutely fine now, and I will certainly be using Vets Now if I ever need to again. Thank you for being honest and transparent.

Bit of a mixed review really. My dog managed to ingest some drugs and needed an injection to make her vomit. The vets were unbelievably busy and as she hates vet visits she had to be muzzled. To start they said she had to stay in but as it got busier they said she was ok to go home once the sickness had passed. We were in a room on our own with a nurse popping in very infrequently. I was worried she'd choke on her vomit. So yes she had the treatment she needed and the staff did the best they could under very trying circumstances.
