  We cannot thank Charlotte enough for everything she did when we had to say goodbye to our beloved Labrador Django. She was respectful, ensuring he went to sleep at home peacefully and with dignity. Throughout it all, she explained everything to us, and gave us space to grieve and say goodbye. Charlotte was a calming presence during a very difficult day. Django’s ashes were returned to us with such care and thoughtfulness, with some lovely keepsakes which we will cherish forever. If you find yourself in a similar situation, we cannot recommend Charlotte enough.

  Saying goodbye to my little Shih Tzu, Tillie, was absolutely heartbreaking — I miss her desperately. Charlotte came to help us with her euthanasia, and I truly cannot thank her enough for the kindness and compassion she showed. She arrived promptly after I contacted her and handled everything with such understanding and care. Charlotte made an incredibly difficult situation just that little bit easier to cope with, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly and respectfully. This is the second time I have had to call on her services, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone facing that painful moment with their beloved pet. Charlotte is truly exceptional at what she does.
