Staff are really friendly and helpful. Help me fill out paperwork for my claim and my pre-authorisation for treatment. They really cared about my dog and gave me frequent updates when she was being sedated.

Chris Auckland is an incredible vet who looks at things from a truly holistic way using homeopathy alongside side conventional treatment which gives the animals the best possible care. Both my whippet & my cat feel calm & relaxed in his presence which says it all.

Cannot thank Alex , Chris and all the staff at Medivet enough ! Our six year old Standard Poodle was extremely ill to the point where we thought we were going to lose him .Thanks to Alex he's slowly on the mend and getting back to his old self . The care given to him was fantastic . Best Vets in the area

Alex is a wonderful vet, his caring nature is exceptional, he listens to your concerns, happily explains things and alternatives, he doesn't jump to giving meds or surgery when conservative management is an option. We are so happy to have found such a kind and caring vet for our westie Yuki 😊 Thank you Alex

I want to say a huge thank you to Alex at Forest Row vets for literally saving my cat’s life. Following a couple of bad falls (after a steroid which seem to make him think he was Supercat and could ignore minor issues like half a flight of stairs), he was so badly injured he couldn’t walk without his body twisting in half. He fell on his butt every few steps too. My existing vet said his back was fine, but that extreme muscle wastage had occurred suddenly. She said we should “give it a week” and see - but may have to consider his “quality of life” if it didn’t improve. I watched him get worse every day and was almost ready to give up as he had no quality of life at all. But I just couldn’t understand how such extreme wastage could have happened so suddenly - and nor did it look like his “back was fine”. On my son’s recommendation, I took him to Alex for a second opinion and he diagnosed a slipped disc within about a minute of examining him. The relief was enormous - because it made sense for one thing - and it gave some hope for another. It wasn’t an easy job but Alex agreed to help him and try laser therapy. After just one, he was walking better – and steadily improved each week. Five weeks down the line he has his life back. He can walk, he can go out again and we have our lovely boy back. As a side benefit, I can groom and touch his back leg – something I haven’t been able to do for years because of diagnosed arthritis. I am so grateful for Alex’s compassion and willingness to help him – not to mention his skill. Balou and I both agree we don’t want any other vet for him again! The staff here are all lovely as well – thank you all so much for everything 😊 Jane Moore December 2022
