  Phil and the team at Culverden are absolutely amazing! They are compassionate, professional, and truly care about the well-being of our two dogs. The staff are always friendly, and the office is clean and welcoming. I feel confident that they are in the best hands. Highly recommend!

  Amazing service from both the staff at the counter and the vet himself. My cats needed chips and shots and the staff were so kind and gentle with them. I didnt quite catch their names as it was my first time there but they were caring and compassionate. I live in Uckfield but it's definitely worth the drive for such a considerate place.

  Sadly we had to say goodbye to our old girl yesterday - I was eager to make this happen at home and after calling around it was proving to be difficult. I contacted Culverden where we weren't registered and they did all they could, moving their day around to accommodate us. Hayley and Scarlett came over to the house and I honestly can't put into words just how grateful I am for them, I will never forget the care and compassion they showed to both myself and Bella in her final moments. They made the most heartbreaking situation just that bit easier and I just can't thank them and the team enough for making everything possible for us. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

  I must praise the care and attention of all the staff that they have shown my rabbits. From vaccinations, teeth queries and now by their castration which is never easy on rabbits and especially ones this small! I also received a rabbit care pack for each of them containing nugget samples and many samples of hay! Thank you ever so much.

  Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Amazing compassionate staff. They listen, have empathy and when having Brick put to sleep I felt so supported. I couldnt go into the same room on further visits with Molly so they change rooms for us. They are honest and answer all your questions exactly what you need when, not only making hard decisions, but also wanting more information when having to give your furbabies any sort of drug. Thank you everyone for being so understanding. I lost one of my best friends a couple of weeks ago and you have shown so much support. Love Kay and Molly Moo
