  I don’t know how to express what they have brought into my life. They gave me precious, quality time with my dog when traditional vets had given up. Their approach is so open, and they are incredibly patient and responsive. I was able to get answers quickly, and even have medication delivered to my home the next day. I truly want every pet owner to know about them, the full team is exceptional. There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am.   I have been to see Birgit and Valentina and have also had several phone consultations with them over the past 2 years dealing with my sweet girl, Jessie. She has had one or 2 issues come up, including a nasty anal gland infection and the most recent being in severe pain and diagnosed with severe back issues. Birgit and Valentina have both been phenomenal: their knowledge, their skill, their care is incredible. I feel I can always turn to them for support. Thank you to both of you and to your whole team - always an absolute pleasure to deal with all of you.

  I cannot thank Birgit and her incredible team enough for the care and support they provided for my beloved dog, Blue. From the very beginning, Birgit’s holistic and natural approach to veterinary care was exactly what I had been searching for. Her expertise and the wonderful therapies and remedies she recommended gave Blue a longer, happier, and healthier life than we ever imagined possible. The entire team at the practice has been so kind and compassionate. Every phone call, every medication order, and every word of support meant the world to me during some very difficult times. They genuinely care, not just for the animals but also for the families they help. When we sadly lost Blue, at age 16, the thoughtful sympathy card they sent with personal messages from the whole team brought us so much comfort. It was such a kind and touching gesture. Blue was a truly special dog—a beautiful soul who brought immense joy to our lives and touched the hearts of everyone who met him. He wasn’t just our pet; he was family, and in many ways, he rescued us as much as we rescued him. Birgit and her team gave us precious extra time with him, and for that, I will always be grateful.   Have helped my little dog Daisy so much.. She was diagnosed with spondylitis by our conventional vet and treated with Librela injection and Metacam.. Which was excellent and got her out of acute pain. Injections would have needed to be every 4 to 6 weeks.. However with Birgit's treatment, namely Chinese herbs, accupuncture and homeopathy, she has not required further injections.. I'm very pleased and Daisy is a little bouncy dog again..

  thank you so much to Birgit and the team. Everyone was so kind to us, during a horrible with with Stanley being unwell, he had lung cancer quite advanced, Birgit enabled me to make him comfortable in his last month of life, he was such a special boy. I will forever be grateful to birgit and the team for their help. I felt empowered to be able to do something for Stanley instead of being sad and feeling helpless. I would in the future come to see them if ever I had another dog who was unwell. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, lots of love and gratitude. Marina, Theo and Stanely. xxxxxx
