  Had a lovely experience at this practice. I recently took our cat in to get spayed and everything from pre-examination to aftercare was extremely efficient and personable. At first, she was a little bit anxious but the team were so calm and gentle with her, she soon relaxed. They did a preliminary assessment to ensure the go-ahead and then clearly explained every aspect of the procedure and what to expect afterwards, putting me at ease. At no stage did I feel rushed or silly for asking questions. I felt super assured that everything was in good hands and post-op aftercare was also thorough. Dealt mainly with Niven and Joao who were great, you can really tell every member of staff cares passionately about animals and takes great joy in their work. Thanks team! 😁

  MediVet Chorlton is the best vet team I have ever met! The leading vet Dr Joao is very caring to every little ones and the pet parents as well. Dr Joao is very knowledgeable and professional. He attends to every detail in the clinical examination, understands well the physical condition of the little ones, makes accurate diagnosis, explain the pros and cons of different treatment options, make sure I understand everything and feel ok before I leave. The vet nurse Niven is very knowledgeable, skilful and caring. Rashid and Leah who I meet at the reception counter are always kind, nice, helpful and supportive. The whole vet team is just brilliant. I can’t recommend them enough to every pet parents. Thank you so much for taking very good care of my Little Faith and me!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Medivet Chorlton with my three cats, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. One of my cats needed a tooth extraction, Milo also had a tooth removed, and another had blood tests and vaccinations. Despite these procedures, the vets and nurses were incredibly gentle, patient, calm, and professional. They handled all three cats together with such care and confidence, making the whole experience as stress-free as possible. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely reassured at every step. It’s very obvious that the team truly cares about animals and has excellent experience with cats. The clinic is clean, well organised, and welcoming, and the reception staff were just as kind and helpful as the clinical team. If you’re looking for a trusted, compassionate, and highly professional veterinary practice, I would 100% recommend Medivet Chorlton.   It was our first visit to Medivet and everything went very well without any problems for my cat Betty…. who despite at first being a little nervous wasn’t stressed by her experience. We will most definitely be staying at this vets who offer a great friendly service as well as a good pet plan in affordable monthly payments 😻👍🏽

  It's my dog's first vet appointment in the UK as we just moved from the Philippines. I did a lot of research before scheduling an appointment and I'm glad I chose Medivet Chorlton as my dog's main vet practice. The staff were really nice and friendly, my dog happily waited for his appointment (we were a bit early) because he was given lots of treats 😆 His veterinarian was also very thorough to explain the processes and needed vaccination as it somehow differs from how we are used to in the Philippines. We also gladly availed of the Medivet Healthcare Plan since the coverage was good and it will actually help save a little compared to paying by the service. Overall, great experience 💯
