This is a great vet's practice, all the staff were really lovely, and all took the time to fuss my dog. The waiting area is brilliant, 6 individual cubicles, with a seating area each, and also a space for your pet! I've never seen that before, but it's a fantastic idea, no more animals upsetting each other just before a vet appointment, which can be stressful enough for them at the best of times.

Well first of all I brought my cat here as my last vet was awful but this one was even worse. Very judgemental, my cat has a thyroid she said. Didnt do any blood work didnt give her a flea treatment yet said she has fleas when we comb her and find nothing. Said she would stay with my cat but then changes her mind and says she cant as needs to lock up. Didnt clean the table when placing my cat on there. It was so disgusting. I couldnt understand her as she was talking so fast and her accent was strong. I had to keep asking her to talk slower. Debra was her name i I believe...she didn't tell me the side effects from the drugs and now my cat hasn't eaten in 3 days. Then mentioned taking her to the hospital but quoted an insane amount or said go pdsa when they arent taking on any new clients. It was a waste of time coming here... Just a terrible experience, I was crying so much after it since my cat is a lively and vocal pet, since she hasn't been the same and I got no peace of mind. Just rude from the start.

Harrison Family vets used to be absolutely amazing vets but unfortunately their service is going absolutely down hill! This is the second time they’re making me feel like my dog’s health doesn’t matter to them! Sent them prescription on 26th as they requested on the phone, I don’t understand why do I get an email from the pharmacy on 4th of march that they haven’t received the prescription yet! And the person on the phone instead of apologising, she brought so many excuses with weird attitude on the phone! SHOCKING!

Client for 3 years and the care received by my cat was not excessively professional. They're only able to manage my cat character with antisicotic which affected my cat health. There was a misunderstanding with an appointment, I presented with my cat and they didn't try to accommodate her. Poor support from administration
