After my recent experience, I won't be using this veterinary practice again. When your pet is unwell, you want reassurance, clear communication, and confidence that their welfare comes first. Unfortunately, I came away feeling like the focus was more on generating revenue than providing genuine care and support. The costs quickly mounted up, yet I was left with more questions than answers. As a pet owner, that's incredibly frustrating when you're worried about your dog's health and wellbeing. Others may have had a different experience, but based on mine, I won't be returning and will be looking elsewhere for future veterinary care.

Aww we only went for a nail trim and Daisy is treated so lovely each time. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure that Daisy (3 month Cavapoo) leaves secure and not nervous. Thank you. Oh shes now 10 months and we still love going to play.. Daisy is so at ease there.. She loves to get weighed, a good ear inspection and we get great advice..

Medivet Gatley looked after our old lovely boy Alfie and gave us a couple of extra happy months with him. They were friendly, compassionate and offered great advice, things we might not have wanted to hear but were the right things to tell us during a heartbreaking time ❤️. 7 months later we now have a new puppy called Frankie who is the opposite of Alfie and loves the vets, especially Alex, who she’d probably go home with if she could 😂 x

We just wanted to review to express our gratitude for the recent care you provided to our dog Buster. We were very happy with the pre and post op care he underwent, we felt the vets and staff are caring and informative. We were pleased with the smooth-running process in booking the necessary operation - the ladies on reception were friendly and we also want to shout out Lisa for her help in going through the insurance process with us and helping us understand this, during a very stressful time.

Excellent staff and facilities. Greenbank Veterinary Clinic have been very supportive of our work at The Hulse Towers Hedgehog Refuge for many years. The vets, nurses and reception staff are all lovely, friendly, and very professional.
