Jack and the team have been absolutely amazing. We were very unhappy with our previous vets and when we met Jack for the first time just 3 weeks ago when we lost our eldest Springer she gave us the sign he was the person to contact. I contacted Vets4Pets via WhatsApp and the professionalism, care, understanding and help was 110%. They phoned me a couple of days later and whoever I spoke to was lovely. They really couldn't have been any nicer. Rather than being rushed out or feeling we were just another customer, or not having things explained to us like our previous vets the team at Vets4Pets really care about not only your pets but you too. Everything was explained in detail and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your care and compassion when we lost Snoop and your support and help when we brought Poppy in today.

Absolutely stellar service. Lovely reception staff. Calm clean waiting area. We saw Jack Ferrario. Kind, gentle, attentive to our nervous cat. Thorough exam and communicated all findings perfectly. Great all round. Highly recommend.

Nice staff but the prices they charge are insane - for the equivalent of calpoll (liquid paracetamol painkiller) for my dog it was over £60 just for the drugs, and another nearly £60 on top for the 10 minute consultation! If the prices were cut in half then it would still be expensive, but at least a bit more affordable.

Very happy, they gave me an emergency appointment for my pet mouse, who I thought I would be leaving without. Pauline (I think that's her name) was amazing. She was so gentle with him and gave me the medication he needed. Thankyou for not fobbing me off. Thankyou for seeing he still had life left in him! Fingers crossed he now gets better x

I brought my bulldog in for sedation as his nails, paws and back legs were infected. Appointments always available, friendly staff, they actually care about keeping costs down when you have no pet insurance and offer plenty of alternatives. This vet practice is not pushy like others. My bulldog is on the mend and almost back to his happy bouncy self.
