We recently visited Medivet with our husky, who has previously been quite anxious due to a negative experience with another vet. From the moment we arrived, we felt reassured. The team were calm, gentle, and very understanding of her history, which made a noticeable difference in how she settled during the appointment. Our vet took time to build trust, explained everything clearly, and handled her with genuine care. We left feeling far more confident, and most importantly, our husky seemed relaxed and comfortable afterwards. Highly recommended.

Great surgery! Calm, Caring and friendly vets! Really make me feel at ease with voicing any worries I have about my animal and provide great recommendations! They make my very timid cat feel more at ease with her appointments even though she finds the whole process very stressful and well outside of her comfort zone.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our 15 year old dog pepperpot. Making the call was very difficult but the young lady on the phone was very kind and caring. Allaway the vet sorry I may not have the right spelling. Was so understanding and compassionate I have never known a vet in this difficult time. Show so much love and kindness as Allaway. And I will always remember her for this. So thank you for caring for us humans aswell as our beloved pets. Vet Allaway is a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you from Julia and pepperpot 🐾 🌈 ♥
